  1. Prepare 1 cup of butter.
  2. You need 5 of celery stalks - sliced up.
  3. It's 2 of onions - chopped.
  4. It's 1 lb of mushrooms - chopped up.
  5. It's 1 lb of bacon -cooked and crumbled up.
  6. You need 2 box of herbed stuffing.
  7. You need 2 tbsp of finely chopped thyme.
  8. You need 1 tbsp of finely chopped rosemary.
  9. It's 1 tbsp of finely chopped sage.
  10. It's 1/2 tsp of black pepper.
  11. It's 2 1/3 cup of chicken stock.

  1. in a saute pan melt butter over medium heat, add onion and celery and cook till almost translucent, then add your chopped mushrooms and cook till mushrooms are done.
  2. In a large bowl pour both bags of stuffing mix, add your onion,celery and mushroom mixture, chopped thyme, chopped rosemary, chopped sage, black pepper and crumbled up bacon and mix up till it is all nicely mixed together.
  3. now mix in 1 & 1/2 cups of the chicken broth into the stuffing mix till well combined.
  4. spread into a greased 13"x 9" baking dish, then pour the rest of the chicken broth evenly over stuffing.
  5. bake @ 350°F for 30-45mins till done.
